Your life is sometimes stormy and painful.

You may wonder: Is there really a God?  If there is, why would God let horrible, frightening, cruel things to happen?

My idea is that God exists.  And that He is loving to everyone..  And He is easy to love right back.  

I sing because I am so grateful.

Eternally grateful...

Yes, those are the words that come to my mind, for God as been so good to me.

I sing because of God’s amazing gifts of love and peace that continually fall upon me.

Three sons of mine died.  

You see, we said "Good night" to our infant twin sons as we laid them to rest in Jesus.

And as we did, my husband and I
sang.   You might know the song, that great old hymn “It Is Well With My Soul.”

Why sing when our baby boys died?
You see, despite the intense pain, bitter losses and painful trials we each experience in this world, God gives a peace that clearly transcends all worldly understanding.

My prayer is that as you listen to these songs, you will choose to open your mind to the Holy Spirit.

Try it out!  You can feel His healing, soothing power.  You can get hopeful and find happiness— in the midst of the storms in your life.  In those disappointments— see if you will do better with God in your life. And let Him draw you nearer to Jesus and His love.

One of my favorites, that you can count on for peace.   Remember this:

“Thou wilt keep him (or her) in perfect peace, whose

mind is stayed on Thee:

because he (or she)

trusteth in Thee.

Trust in the Lord forever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength.
  Isaiah 26:3,4
